The Belonging & Health Equity (BHE) team strengthens our culture by empowering leaders and employees to foster a psychologically safe environment. By setting the tone for respecting every person, we equip everyone to excel in creating great human interactions.

Opportunities to enrich dialogue on belonging and health equity varies across locations. Inclusion Advocacy Councils, employee-led groups that promote BHE-related learning and engagement specific to their location, are available at select facilities.

BHE also offers a variety of employee resource groups (ERGs). An ERG is a company-sponsored and company-recognized group of employees whose charter and priorities align with those of the organization and its Inclusion Strategy. As part of the organization’s Inclusion Strategy, ERGs enable a diverse and inclusive work environment that drives increased engagement.
