Transition period & performance appraisals
Newly hired, rehired, transferred and promoted employees will have a meeting with their leader 90 days into their new role. These performance appraisals are essential to employees, teams and leaders to ensure that everyone at Norton Healthcare and Norton Children’s is set up for success. We want you to feel that you are in the role and department that suits your unique strengths.
Performance appraisals are a great opportunity for you to talk to your leader about what your future at Norton Healthcare and Norton Children’s looks like. Use this time to discuss areas for growth, training opportunities, and where you see your career in the future. If a leader offers constructive feedback, embrace that feedback as an opportunity to show what you can do!
